All orders are processed and shipped from California.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING (MONTHLY & QUARTERLY)

Processing Time

Subscription orders are curated and prepared after successful payment for each billing cycle.

  • Monthly Subscription
    Orders are processed within 5–10 business days after the monthly billing date.

  • Quarterly Subscription
    Orders are processed within 7–14 business days after the quarterly billing date.

Processing time includes styling, selection, and preparation of your curated wardrobe.


Shipping Time (After Dispatch)

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days (depending on destination)

Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.


Shipping Fees

Address Responsibility

One-time product purchases are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping timelines follow standard carrier delivery estimates based on destination and selected shipping method.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to:

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, HOUSE OF 8TH SUN is not liable for loss or theft.
